These terms are an agreement between you and WONDER KIDS ACADEMY INC, a Missouri corporation (“Wonder Kids Academy,” “we,” “us”), for the use of wonderkids-academy.com, our free content, and — when enrollment opens — our online academy and paid products. What Wonder Kids Academy is — and is not

Wonder Kids Academy is an enrichment learning program for children ages 2–6 and their families. We support and strengthen learning at home and in classrooms, alongside preschool and school. We are not a school, preschool, or daycare, and nothing we offer replaces school, preschool, daycare, or any accredited program. We grant no degrees, diplomas, grades, transcripts, or school credit of any kind.

Grown-ups hold the accounts

Our content is made for children to enjoy with a parent or grown-up guiding the experience. All accounts, trials, licenses, and purchases are for adults (18+) only — parents and guardians, and the directors and teachers of licensed childcare centers. Children never create accounts and never make purchases.

Free content and home use

Our videos are free to watch on YouTube and our social pages, and our Activity Book and sample printables are free for personal, at-home family use — print as many copies as your own children need. Please don’t resell our printables or episodes, post them as your own, or use our characters, songs, or certificates commercially without written permission.

The academy, trials, and billing

Academy enrollment is opening soon; until it opens, no checkout is active on this website and no one can be charged. When enrollment opens, these rules will apply:

• Free trials. Parents receive the free trial length shown at signup (our founding offer is the first 30 days free); daycares and preschools receive the trial length shown at signup (our founding offer is the first 60 days free). During a trial, the only thing we ask is that you like, follow, and subscribe.
• When paid plans begin. If you start a paid plan with a trial, the paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will show the plan, price, and trial end date at signup.
• Prices. All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply where required. Checkout lives only on this website, wonderkids-academy.com.
• Level Packs. A Level Pack is a one-time purchase of the digital printable and workbook set for a single level, including that level’s certificate path — the certificate itself is earned only when all of the level’s goals are completed and verified by a parent or grown-up.

Refunds for digital Level Packs

If a Level Pack file is defective, corrupted, or unusable, tell us and we will replace the file or refund the purchase — your choice. If you simply change your mind, contact us and we will handle it fairly and reasonably, keeping in mind that digital files can’t be returned once downloaded. Chargebacks and completed downloads don’t change the license rules below. Classroom Licenses can be cancelled before a renewal date to stop future billing.

Classroom License scope

A Classroom License covers one location (one street address) of a daycare or preschool. Under a current license, that location’s directors and teachers may show our episodes in class, print our materials for the children enrolled at that location, and award certificates to those children. The license does not allow redistribution, public posting, resale, sharing login access outside the licensed location, or covering additional locations — each location needs its own license. Centers that begin at a founding rate keep that starting rate for as long as their license stays current, even if prices rise for new sign-ups.

About our certificates

Wonder Kids Academy certificates are achievement awards that celebrate a child’s participation and the completion of every goal in a level, verified by a parent or grown-up. They are keepsakes and motivators. They are not diplomas, grades, transcripts, or school credit of any kind.

Inside the academy: characters only, by design

Within the academy, children interact only with our animated characters and the character-voiced virtual assistant. There is no interaction with any real person — no chat, voice, video, or messaging between children, families, teachers, or strangers — and that will never change. Animated classmates appear so no child feels they are learning alone.

Our characters and content belong to us

Wally the Owl, Pippa the Fox, Manny the Manatee, Dot, the Smiley Shape Friends, our songs and jingles, the Wonder Kids Academy name and logo, and all artwork, text, and materials on this site are the property of WONDER KIDS ACADEMY INC. All rights reserved. Your purchase or license gives you the use described in these terms — it does not transfer ownership of any content.

Acceptable use

Please use Wonder Kids Academy as intended: for the children, families, and classrooms it was made for. Don’t attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, interfere with the website, copy or scrape content in bulk, misrepresent our materials as accredited schooling, or use our content in any way that suggests children are interacting with real people. We may suspend access for misuse.

Availability and changes

We work to keep free content available, but episodes, printables, features, and prices may change as the academy grows; features described as “opening soon” are in development and their details may be refined before launch. We may update these terms from time to time — the version posted here, with its effective date, is the current one, and material changes affecting paying customers will be announced before they take effect for those customers.
